Monitor

A monitor is a type of device that give digital information in the form of a picture back to the user form the computer. Most monitors now are LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), but a few years back all monitors were CRT (Cathode Ray Tube). Most monitors are inexpensive but the price still depends on the size and the quality of the monitor you get.



Printer

A printer is a device that put out information like a picture or word document onto a piece of paper. There are two different types of printers inkjet and laser. Inkjet is the popular printer for home use as it is a cheap to run for small quantity of pages. A laser printer is most favoured by business users as it prints out bulk pages at a fast pace.

 
Speakers

Speakers are a device that converts data form the computer to sound waves. A speaker is a electronic transducer that produces sound from a electric signal. Speakers are most commonly found in televisions.

 

Projector

A projector is a device that shows an image on a large scale by taking a picture and shining it through a light. Projectors can vary in price due to the quality of the image being produced. Now there is 3D projectors which when you use specialised glasses the image will look it is coming out of the screen.
