A USB Pen is a small device with flash storage device connects via a USB (Universal Serial Bus) this is a fast and easy way to connect devices to a computer. Over the years the amount of data you can store on this device has largely improved, this year they will be unveiling a 1TB sized flash drive.

 

 

The Cloud

The cloud is a type of storage that stores your files online. This means that the user’s files are available to them at anytime and anywhere. Storing files in the cloud will cost you a small amount of money each month but is worth it if you travel a lot. Google is an example who provides this service.

 

 

External hard drive

An external hard drive is most popular secondary storage device for all computer users. An external hard drive can be connected to the computer via a USB (Universal Serial Bus). External hard drives can range form as low as 500GB to as large as 1TB.
